New Delhi, Sep 26 (UNI) Congress general secretary in-charge communications Jairam Ramesh has accused the Election Commission of India of creating an “illegal and unconstitutional” hurdle for young and first-time voters through an additional declaration linked to the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR), even as the poll panel has ordered special enrolment camps to facilitate registration of young electors.
