Mumbai, Oct 2 (UNI) Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijit Dipke, addressing a massive rally at Shivaji Park here on Friday evening, stated that the central government is so incompetent, that protests will have to be held again after two months. Dipke sharply criticised Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar and also dared Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to arrest the youth.
