Itanagar, Oct 12 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein called on Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik at Lok Bhavan here on Monday and discussed key development priorities, including infrastructure, connectivity, youth empowerment and employment generation.
