Chennai, Oct 21 (UNI) Heavy rains battered Chennai, suburbs and Northern districts of Tamil Nadu prompting the authorities to declare a holiday for schools in five districts, even as a fresh Low Pressure area is likely to form over the Bay on October 23, intensifying the Northeast monsoon showers in the coming days.
