Panchkula, Oct 15 (UNI) The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday warned of heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, with hailstorms, lightning and winds gusting up to 60 kmph. It also forecast the likely start of northeast monsoon rains over southern India.
