Shimla, Nov 6 (UNI) Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur on Friday congratulated the people of the state on the Supreme Court verdict ensuring Himachal''s rights in the Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) and thanked the apex court and the Centre for their role in resolving the three-decade-old dispute.
