New Delhi, Oct 3 (UNI) Congress president and Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday intensified his attack on the Centre and the Election Commission over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, alleging that “illegal elections” were being held in the country and calling for the dissolution of governments and fresh elections through ballot papers.
