Mumbai, Sep 16 (UNI) The Maharashtra government and Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) have signed a historic agreement for setting up one of the country''s largest greenfield shipbuilding projects at Dighi, in Raigad district, with an estimated investment of around Rs 27,000 crore.
