Chennai, June 1 (UNI) Upping his ante against the BJP-led Government at the Centre, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin on Sunday reiterated his assertion that not even Amit Shah (Union Home Minister), no Shah can rule here and Tamil Nadu is always out of Delhi''s control.
