Panchkula, Sep 16 (UNI) The power department has taken action against nearly 30 houses in Hisar during a joint checking operation with Haryana Police against illegal electricity connections and power theft, according to a police press note issued here on Wednesday.
The drive was conducted in Ambedkar Basti under the Padav police post area, where police and power department teams carried out door-to-door inspections, the press note said.
