Chandigarh, Sep 15 (UNI) A consumer commission in Haryana has ordered a travel agent and an insurance company to compensate a 70-year-old man after finding fault with an incomplete airfare refund and the rejection of his travel insurance claim following the cancellation of a flight from Chandigarh.
