Phagwara (Punjab), June 5 (UNI) Two minor siblings were reported missing late Wednesday under suspicious circumstances from Gobindpura locality of Phagwara, police said, adding they have registered a case against unidentified persons following a complaint lodged by Satish Anand, a migrant labourer hailing from Bihar and a resident of Gobindpura.
