Thunderstorm with lightning and gusty winds likely in Telangana in next 5 days: Met

Hyderabad, May 7 (UNI) Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds with speed ranging from 30-40 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana during the next five days, the Meteorological Centre said on Wednesday.



In a daily weather report here it said that light to moderate rain or Thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places over the state during the next seven days.



Maximum temperatures are likely to be below normal by 2-3 degrees Celsius during the next 3 days.



Rain occurred at a few places over Telangana during the last 24 hours.



The highest maximum temperature of 40.3 degrees Celsius was recorded at Adilabad in Telangana on Tuesday, the report added.
