Two-Day state-level job fair to open employment opportunities for youth in Raipur

Raipur, Oct 6 (UNI) A two-day State-level employment fair will be organised in Raipur on October 7 and 8 under Seva Sankalp Abhiyan to connect the youth of Chhattisgarh with employment opportunities in the private sector. The fair is being organised by the Employment Department, Chhattisgarh, at the Balbir Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium in Budhapara.
The main programme of the State-level employment fair will begin at 10 am on October 8, with Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai as the chief guest and Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh presiding over the programme. Deputy Chief Ministers Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma, Ministers Kedar Kashyap, Guru Khushwant Saheb, Ramvichar Netam, Dayaldas Baghel, Lakhhan Lal Dewangan, Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, O.P. Choudhary, Laxmi Rajwade, Tank Ram Verma, Rajesh Agrawal and Gajendra Yadav, among other public representatives, will attend the programme as distinguished guests.
The programme will also be attended by Lok Sabha MP Brijmohan Agrawal, Rajya Sabha MP Laxmi Verma, MLAs Purandar Mishra, Rajesh Munat, Anuj Sharma, Sunil Soni, Motilal Sahu and Indra Kumar Sahu, along with Raipur Municipal Corporation Mayor Meenal Choubey and Raipur Jila Panchayat President Naveen Agrawal.
The State-level employment fair will provide young people with access to employment opportunities available across various sectors and establishments in the private sector. Participants will be able to learn about available job opportunities and explore employment prospects suited to their qualifications and skill sets.
The Employment Department has appealed to the youth of the State to participate in the employment fair in large numbers and make the most of the opportunities available through the initiative.
