Will not allow NC MLAs to spread ‘Legislative Jihad’ in Assembly, alleges LoP

Jammu, Apr 9 (UNI) Leader of Opposition in Jammu and Kashmir Sunil Sharma on Wednesday alleged that the National Conference MLAs are trying to spread ‘Legislative Jihad’ in Jammu and Kashmir and they (BJP) will not tolerate it.
“They (National Conference) are demanding restoration of Statehood to spread ‘Legislative Jihad’?, it will never happen,” Sharma here told reporters in the Legislative Assembly which was adjourned amidst the pandemonium over demand of discussion on Waqf Amendment Act by the National Conference (NC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) MLAs.
“The National Conference MLAs raised some objectionable slogans in the Assembly and the same slogans were raised in the Kashmir valley in 1990 at the time of exodus of Kashmiri Pandits,” Sharma said.
