Bhubaneswar, Apr 29 (UNI) Wonderla Holidays Ltd., India’s largest amusement park chain, on Tuesday announced the launch of two new attractions – 'Funky Monkey' and 'Wonderla Bamba' – at its Bhubaneswar park.

With these additions, Wonderla Bhubaneswar now features 23 land and water attractions, reinforcing its status as Odisha’s largest amusement park.

Timed for the summer season, the new rides highlight Wonderla’s focus on expanding its portfolio of high-thrill and family-friendly experiences.

The launch was celebrated at the park with an exclusive event featuring popular actor and singer Babushaan Mohanty, along with Arun K. Chittilappilly, Executive Chairman & MD; Dheeran Choudhary, COO; and Kalpataru Nayak, Park Head – Bhubaneswar, Wonderla Holidays Ltd.

Funky Monkey is an attraction specially designed for children. Standing 7 meters tall, it features a cabin that accommodates up to six kids and offers smooth upward and downward motions, ensuring an exciting yet safe experience. Each seat is equipped with secure lap locks for maximum safety during the 3-minute adventure.

The Wonderla Bamba ride accommodates 18 passengers and delivers a thrilling 360-degree rotation in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions at speeds of up to 10 RPM, reaching a height of 5.5 meters. Safety remains a top priority, with shoulder locks securing each rider throughout the 2-minute and 30-second ride.

As part of its Summer Campaign 2025, Wonderla Bhubaneswar has also introduced the Night Park experience for the first time, allowing guests to enjoy the park under the stars from 7 PM to 10 PM.
