Jharkhand: Minister Dipika Pandey Singh's daughter among four killed in Jamshedpur accident

Jamshedpur, Sep 24 (UNI) Four people, including the daughter of Jharkhand Rural Development Minister Dipika Pandey Singh, were killed in a road accident on Marine Drive here early Thursday.
The accident occurred around 3 am when the car carrying the four people collided with a truck parked on the roadside, according to reports.
The impact severely damaged the car. Police reached the spot and shifted the occupants to MGM Hospital, where doctors declared all four dead.
The deceased have been identified in reports as Sarthak, Naman Gupta, Vanshika Khandelwal and Trisha Singh. Trisha Singh was identified as the daughter of Dipika Pandey Singh.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren expressed deep grief over the deaths and conveyed his condolences to Dipika Pandey Singh and the families of the other victims. He said the loss of a child was an unbearable pain for any parent and prayed for peace for the departed souls and strength for the bereaved families.
Health Minister Irfan Ansari also expressed condolences to Dipika Pandey Singh and her family, saying the loss of her daughter was deeply painful and conveyed his sympathies to all the bereaved families.
