Kapoor's performance as Lord Indra in the film 'Ramayana', directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is receiving appreciation from audiences.
Meanwhile, the actor wrote an emotional message on social media while sharing some behind-the-scenes (BTS) pictures of his character.
The 49-year-old actor expressed his gratitude to the film's producer Namit Malhotra and director Nitesh Tiwari for their faith in him and for choosing him to play such a crucial role as Lord Indra. He also thanked casting director Mukesh Chhabra, who saw the image of Lord Indra in him for the role.
In his post, the "Rang De Basanti" actor wrote that watching the film being made was a special experience for him.
