ProHance launches platform to monitor performance of outsourced workforce

Hyderabad, Sep 29 (UNI) ProHance, an AI-led productivity and workforce management platform, today announced the launch of a unified platform designed to measure and improve the performance of outsourced and contingent workforces.
The platform provides enterprises with a consolidated view of workforce costs, service-level agreement (SLA) adherence and actual work output, enabling finance, delivery and vendor management teams to assess performance using a common set of data.
According to the company, the platform is designed to help enterprises identify cost leakages, validate invoices, assess delivery risks, optimise workforce utilisation and make evidence-based decisions on vendor contract renewals.
ProHance said existing workforce management tools primarily track whether work has been performed, while providing limited visibility into whether it has resulted in deliverables, met deadlines or justified the costs incurred.
The new platform focuses on three key parameters -- cost leakage, SLA adherence and output, allowing organisations to assess expenditure against deliverables, monitor delivery timelines and measure workforce contribution beyond utilisation.
The platform had been deployed and validated across Fortune 100 companies before its launch,, the company claimed in a release.
"Every system an enterprise runs today can tell it what it bought. None of them can tell it what it got," said ProHance CEO Ankur Dhingra, adding that the platform aims to provide a common and verifiable source of information for finance, delivery and vendor management teams.
