This time the government is going to further tighten its noose on non-compliant vehicles, and those with invalid pollution control certificates will not be given fuel at pumps across the city.
It is said that the command centre will also play crucial role as the nerve centre for all the tech- enabled measures like the Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras (ANPR), that have been installed to identify non- compliant vehicles running on the roads.
