4 killed in blast at house in Haryana's Jhajjar

Chandigarh, Mar 23 (UNI) Four people including two children and a woman were killed while another was injured in an explosion at a house in Bahadurgarh of Jhajjar district, police said on Sunday.

The police said that Harpal Singh, in whose house the blast occurred, was injured and has been admitted to Rohtak PGI. Four members of his family, his wife and three children, were killed on the

spot. Police along with forensics have reached the spot and a thorough investigation was underway.

According to the police, the initial investigation suggests that it was not an LPG cylinder blast. An

internal unit of airconditioner has been found damaged, however technical investigation was required

to ascertain the cause of the blast.
