Patna, May 15 (UNI) JD(U) Working President Sanjay Jha on Thursday said that violating the prohibitory orders and creating anarchy by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Darbhanga would not help his party in Bihar.
Jha told media persons here that Congress had sought permission for a meeting of Gandhi with students in the premises of Ambedkar hostel, which was denied. The district administration had asked for an alternative location for the meeting
and permission was granted when Congress offered to hold the meeting in the Town hall of the district, he added.
" Despite prohibitory orders for not holding a meeting in the premises of
Ambedkar hostel, Gandhi forcibly addressed students there", a JD(U) leader said, adding that Gandhi had nothing to do with the interests of people of Bihar and was engaged in only doing politics. Never before had any political meeting been held in the premises of the hostel, the place of academic activities, he pointed out.
