AP: Over 3.41 lakh candidates applied for AP EAP CET - JNTUK VC

Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh), Apr 22 (UNI) JNTUK Vice chancellor Prof CSRK Prasad on Tuesday said that as many as 3,41,355 candidates had applied so far for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy common entrance test (AP EAP CET-2025).
He said here that fool proof arrangements were being made for conducting the AP EAP CET online entrance test and advised the students who did not apply so far to avail the opportunity by paying the fee online without penalty upto April 24 through website https:ets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

The AP EAP CET will be conducted in 46 centers throughout Andhra Pradesh and in two regional centers in Hyderabad –thus totaling 48 centers, he added.
Giving out the details of those applied, the Vice Chancellor said that for Engineering stream 2,66,392 had applied while for the Agriculture and Pharmacy 74,172 applied and for both 791 applied.
EAP CET Convenor Prof V V Subbarao said that on May 19 and 20, tests would be conducted in two sessions daily for agriculture and pharmacy streams.
Similarly for the engineering stream, tests would be conducted from May 21 to May 27 daily.
He said students can pay the examination fee upto May 1 with Rs 1,000 penalty, upto May 7 with Rs.2,000 penalty, upto May 12 with Rs.4,000 penalty and upto May 16 with Rs.10,000 penalty.
`If students fill up their application with any wrong information they can correct it from May 6 to May 8 by contacting EAP CET helpline center.
The students can download their hall tickets from May 12. If they have any doubts they can contact land line 0884-2359599,0884 -2342499 phones or mail ID [email protected]’, Prof Prasad added.
