Bomb threat call creates panic at Warangal Court; Police conduct thorough checks

Hanumakonda, June 20 (UNI) Tension gripped the Warangal court premises on Friday after an unidentified person called the police and claimed that a bomb had been planted on the premises.



The alarming phone call, made to the police helpline number 100, triggered an immediate security response.



Upon receiving the threat, police forces rushed to the location and evacuated people from the court and surrounding areas as a precautionary measure. A bomb squad was deployed to conduct an intensive search in and around the premises.



The area was cordoned off and thoroughly combed by the bomb disposal team, though no suspicious items were found at the time of reporting.



Authorities are actively investigating the origin of the call and attempting to trace the person responsible for the hoax.
