Court acquits an accused of murder charges

Patna, Mar 28 (UNI) Additional District and Session Judge (II) of Masaudhi Civil Court acquitted one Amarnath Sharma of Murder charges on Friday.
The judge, Sanjeev Kumar, pronounced his verdict after hearing both parties and acquitted the accused as the murder charges could not be proved against him.
Senior Advocate of Patna High Court, Anil Kumar Singh, counsel of the accused vociferously argued before the court.
