Patna, Mar 31 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday greeted people of the state, particularly Muslims, on Eid festival and called upon them to celebrate it with the spirit of brotherhood and mutual co-existence.
Kumar, in his message posted on the social media account X, extended greetings to the people of the state, particularly Muslims. He called upon them to celebrate the festival with joy, love, brotherhood, and mutual co-existence.
" May the almighty bolster blessings of happiness and prosperity on all of us on the occasion ", Kumar said, and also wished for development on the occasion. He visited historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna and interacted with Muslims and exchanged greetings on the occasion. A large number of Muslims had gathered there to offer Namaz on the occasion.
Muslims also offered Namaz at all mosques and their other religious places across the state. Reports of Eid celebration have been received from all parts of Bihar.
