Leucine Rich Bio's microbiome summit set for Aug 21

Bengaluru, Apr 22 (UNI) Leucine Rich Bio, South Asia's first and only dedicated microbiome company, is building momentum for the much-anticipated second edition of ‘World of Microbiome’, scheduled to be held on August 21 in the city.
The event, a first-of-its-kind in India, is the only specialised platform in the country focused exclusively on the emerging science of the human microbiome — often referred to as the "second brain".
Coinciding with Health Month, the event underscores a global shift towards preventive healthcare, with gut health gaining prominence in conversations surrounding immunity, mental wellness, and chronic disease prevention.
In a statement here on Tuesday, the company said that Leucine Rich Bio continues to lead India’s microbiome innovation ecosystem, with no other organisation in the country hosting a platform of this nature.
The upcoming edition of 'World of Microbiome' promises to unveil groundbreaking insights, showcase advancements in gut testing technology, and highlight the growing role of personalised healthcare powered by microbiome science.
"World of Microbiome isn’t just an event — it’s a movement to bring science, awareness, and innovation together under one roof," said Kumar Sankaran, CEO of Leucine Rich Bio.
