Heatwave likely in Telangana in next three days: Met

Hyderabad, Apr 22 (UNI) Heatwave conditions will likely prevail at isolated places in Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, and few other districts of Telangana during the next three days, Meteorological Centre said on Tuesday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places across the state in the next seven days.
Maximum temperatures are expected to gradually rise by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius during the next three days.
According to media reports, hailstorm occurred at isolated places in the Mahabubnagar district in the past 24 hours. Rainfall was also reported at one or two places in the state during the same period.
Adilabad recorded the highest maximum temperature of 43.8 degrees celsius on Monday, the report added.
