Maha: Accused in Ghatkopar hoarding collapse case chargesheeted

Mumbai, May 12 (UNI) The city police on Monday filed a chargesheet against accused in Ghatkopar hoarding collapse case.
The chargesheet was filed against accused Bhavesh Bhinde, Jahanvi Marathe, Manoj Sanghu, Sagar Kumbhar, and Arshad Khan.
All accused are currently out on bail as investigation is underway.
At least 17 people had died, and 74 others were injured after a 140x120 hoarding in suburb of Ghatkopar East, erected by Ego Media, collapsed on May 14, 2024.
As per the chargesheet, the said hoarding was erected allegedly by violating certain civic and other rules.
