Maha: NCP (AP) undertakes state-wide special public awareness campaign on Dr Ambedkar's birth anniversary

Mumbai, Apr 14 (UNI) On occasion of the 134th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, NCP (AP) state president and MP Sunil Tatkare on Monday informed that the special public awareness campaign, 'We are Babasaheb's Paik', is being implemented across the state from today.
The objective of this campaign, which is being implemented under the concept and guidance of the party's national president and State Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Tatkare himself, is to convey the greatness of the values ​​of human rights, equality, justice and fraternity given to the country by Dr Ambedkar to the people, to highlight the importance of the Preamble of the Indian Constitution, and to effectively enlighten the new generation with his thoughts, he said.
Through this initiative, the Preamble of the Constitution and the letter written by Party president Pawar to the people of the state have been displayed together at all prominent places in various districts, cities, villages and hamlets of the state.
"We are implementing this initiative to convey the thoughts of Babasaheb and the Preamble of the Constitution based on his values ​​to the people," he added.
