Nitish fulfilled Karpoori Thakur's ideals and dreams: Ramnath

Patna, Mar 26 (UNI) Union Minister Ramnath Thakur said that Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar fulfilled the dreams and ideologies of the socialist leader Karpoori Thakur.
Addressing a meeting of the backward cell of the JDU here on Wednesday, he stressed the need to strengthen the grassroot organisational structure of the party. For this he said that the party workers should effectively apprise the people about the people oriented steps initiated by the chief minister.
Thakur said that Kumar recognized the power of the backward class and did remarkable work for their social, economic, political and educational upliftment. Inspired by the policies of Karpuri Thakur, Kumar is constantly working for the empowerment of the oppressed and deprived class.
