Honeymoon murder case: Sonam undergoes mental assessment

Shillong, June 16 (UNI) Sonam Raghuvanshi, the prime accused in the murder of her husband Raja Raghuvanshi, was taken to the Meghalaya Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (MIMHANS) here on Monday by the police for “mental assessment”.

“It was a “psychiatric routine examination” and was referred to by the Medical Officer of Ganesh Das hospital,” Vivek Syiem, the district police chief of East Khasi Hills, told UNI.
