Bihar CM greets people on May Day

Patna, May 1 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday extended his greetings to the nation on the occasion of May Day.

"Heartiest greetings to all the labourer brothers and sisters on May Day. He said that workers have an important role in the development of the state and the country.

The Chief Minister said that respect for labour and labourers is a part of our culture, give them respect and take a pledge to take the state to new heights of development with your hard work, loyalty and honesty.

Aizawl, May 1 (UNI) A trial train engine successfully arrived at Sairang, the western outskirts of Mizoram's capital Aizawl city on Wednesday for the first time ever, which marks that the 51.38 km Bairabi–Sairang broad-gauge railway project is nearing completion while Northeast Frontier Railway (NRF) expected to complete the project by July next.
