Two die, 9 injured as shops collapse in Agra

Agra (UP), April 5 (UNI) Two persons died and nine others were injured when four shops collapsed in Jagdishpura area of Agra district here in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that Vishnu and his brothers have combined shops next to the main road in Sector 4 of Awas Vikas Colony. "At around 4 pm during renovation work, when the shop owner along with the labour and some customers were inside, the shops suddenly collapsed," they said.
Police sources said that a few people were buried under the debris. "Police along with local people started pulling out the people buried under the debris. Police, fire brigade and SDRF team also reached the spot," they said.
