Ex Speaker targets Himachal govt

Dharamshala, Mar 16 (UNI) Former Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly and BJP MLA Vipin Singh Parmar on Sunday slammed the Congress government in the state, alleging that it has completely failed to handle law and order.
He further alleged that terror is flourishing in the state and law and order has completely collapsed in the state.
Shootings, rapes and murders are becoming common incidents in the state and the people are scared, he added and claimed that due to failure of the government, an incident like the firing in Bilaspur has come to the fore.
