Hyderabad, Mar 9 (UNI) In a historic move, the Telangana government has allocated Rs 11,600 crore for the construction of 55 Young India Integrated Residential Schools with international standards, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu announced on Sunday.
Speaking at a media conference at the Ministerial Quarters in Hyderabad, Bhatti Vikramarka emphasised that these schools aim to provide high-quality education to students from poor, marginalized, and middle-class backgrounds.
He stated that no private institution in the country matches the comprehensive facilities of these government-initiated residential schools.
