Telangana CM extends greetings on Viswavasu Nama Ugadi

Hyderabad, Mar 29 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday extended warm greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Ugadi, marking the beginning of the Sri Vishwavasu Nama Telugu year from tomorrow.
In his message, the Chief Minister expressed his wishes for prosperity, good fortune, and the fulfillment of religious aspirations for all.
He hoped that the new year would bring abundant rains, good harvests, and happiness to farmers and their families.

AP: Two boys drown in Yeleru canal while bathing

Kakinada, Apr 2 (UNI) Two boys who came for the village deity Nookalamma Festival in Kandrakota village of Peddapuram Mandal went for bathing and drowned in nearby Yeleru canal on Wedmesday, police said.
The body of a nine-year-old boy was retrieved a little later and search is on for the other boy/
