Telangana Deputy Collectors to donate one day's salary to NDF in Honour of Operation Sindoor

Hyderabad, May 9 (UNI) In a gesture of solidarity with the Indian Armed Forces and in tribute to their bravery during Operation Sindoor targeting terrorist camps in Pakistan, the Telangana State Civil Services Deputy Collectors Association has announced a donation of one day’s salary to the National Defence Fund (NDF).
The decision, made under the leadership and guidance of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, reflects the officers’ patriotic spirit and deep respect for the soldiers who dedicate their lives to safeguarding the nation.
Association President K Chandramohan and General Secretary A. Bhaskara Rao said in a statement that this contribution is a token of the civil servants' devotion to the country and a humble expression of gratitude toward the armed forces.
They added that an official letter formalising this commitment will be submitted to the government shortly.

CBI conducts raids 42 locations in 8 States against transnational organised cybercimes,

Chennai, May 10 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday
conducted searches at 42 locations in eight states and arrested five people
under ongoing Operation Chakra-V against Transnational Organised
Cybercrime/Digital Arrest and to crackdown on sales of unauthorized SIM
cards used in Cybercrime.
In continuation of ongoing efforts to curb Cybercrime/digital arrest cases as part
of Operation Chakra –V, CBI launched searches at multiple locations on premise
of various Point of Sale Agents of Telecom Operators, allegedly acting in connivance
with Cybercrime criminals and unknown executive of Telecom Service providers in
issuing SIMs cards which are subsequently used in illegal activities involving digital
arrest, impersonation, fraudulent advertisement, investment fraud, UPI frauds, etc.
