Hyderabad, Mar 24 (UNI) The Telangana BJP has strongly condemned the BRS leaders' complaint against Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar at the Banjara Hills police station.
Addressing the media at the state BJP office in Nampally, Telangana BJP Secretary Dr S Prakash Reddy accused the BRS of attempting to divert attention from corruption allegations against its own leadership.
Reddy alleged that BRS leaders have a history of involvement in fake currency circulation, passport rackets, and money laundering, pointing out that even Congress leaders, including Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, had previously made similar accusations against the party. He criticised BRS for attacking Bandi Sanjay Kumar instead of agreeing to an inquiry into the counterfeit currency trade.
