TTD Chairman directs staff to perform duties with spirit of service

Tirumala, Apr 18 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman B.R. Naidu on Friday directed the staff to perform their duties with a spirit of service, ensuring there is no room for complaints.
Naidu, who conducted surprise inspection at the main Kalyanakatta and Nandakam Mini Kalyanakatta here, where devotees offer their hair to Sri Venkateswara Swamy, interacted with devotees and received their feedback on the conduct of barbers.
He later instructed the officials to regulate pilgrim crowd by guiding devotees to less crowded Kalyanakattas during peak times to avoid accumulation and long waiting hours.
