Telangana Guv extends greetings on Viswavasu Nama Ugadi

Hyderabad, Mar 29 (UNI) Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varama has extended greetings on the occasion of Viswavasu Nama Ugadi, the Telugu New Year Day on Sunday.
In a message, the Governor said, “On the auspicious occasion of Viswavasu Nama Ugadi, I extend heartfelt best wishes to each and every Telugu speaking brothers and sisters across the world. May this Telugu New Year usher in blessings and prosperity for you and your loved ones."

AP: Two boys drown in Yeleru canal while bathing

Kakinada, Apr 2 (UNI) Two boys who came for the village deity Nookalamma Festival in Kandrakota village of Peddapuram Mandal went for bathing and drowned in nearby Yeleru canal on Wedmesday, police said.
The body of a nine-year-old boy was retrieved a little later and search is on for the other boy/
