Bhaiyyaji Joshi should apologise for insulting Mumbai and Marathi language: Londhe

Mumbai, Mar 6 (UNI) Accusing prominent Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) member Bhaiyyaji Joshi of "insulting" Mumbai and the Marathi language, the Congress on Thursday demanded a public apology from the veteran leader.
"Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and BJP have always had a grudge against Mumbai and those loyal to the RSS ideology are constantly trying to reduce the importance of Mumbai and Marathi. Bhaiyyaji Joshi's statement about Mumbai and the Marathi language is a deliberate insult to the Marathi language and Mumbai," said Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Spokesperson Atul Londhe here.
Londhe demanded that Bhaiyyaji Joshi, who "insulted" Marathi language and Mumbai, issue a public apology.
