Mexico, US to discuss security cooperation

Mexico City, Mar 25 (UNI) Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said Tuesday that she will discuss with visiting US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem bilateral cooperation on security issues on Friday.
"It's a meeting on coordination," the president said during her regular morning press conference, adding that the secretary will be received around 1:00 pm (1900 GMT).
Several Mexican ministers are also expected to attend the meeting, including Interior Minister Rosa Icela Rodriguez, Security Minister Omar Garcia Harfuch and Foreign Affairs Minister Juan Ramon de la Fuente.
