India has agreed to cut tariffs way down, claims Trump

Washington, Mar 7 (UNI) US President Donald Trump on Friday claimed India has agreed to slash its tariffs "way down", even as he continued to attack its tariffs regime, saying it is "impossible" to sell anything to India because of the 'high tariff'.
Trump said India has agreed to slash its tariff because somebody is finally "exposing them for what they have done".
Speaking from the White House, Trump said, ''India charges us massive tariffs. Massive. You can't even sell anything in India...They have agreed, by the way; they want to cut their tariffs way down now because somebody is finally exposing them for what they have done..."
