Patna, May 14 (UNI) The JD(U), the key NDA ally in Bihar, on Wednesday said that frequent visits of top Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to the state would not have any impact on Bihar politics and that the party would not be able to open its account in the assembly elections due later this year.
Senior JD(U) leader and Bihar Rural Development Minister Shravan Kumar said here that it was election season in the state and anyone could see top Congress leader Rahul Gandhi visiting Bihar frequently.
