Mumbai, Apr 5 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has approved a proposal by philanthropist Azim Premji to set up help desks in the observation homes of the state to provide legal, social, counseling services on children''s rights and for rehabilitation of juvenile offenders.
