Reacting to Operation Sindoor, Dr Saha said that terrorists from Pakistan have brutally killed 26 people including a Nepali national in Pahalgam and snatched away Sindor (vermilion) from a number of women considering their religion, Indian Army made a sharp response exactly in a fortnight.
The Chief Minister said that Indians are with PM Modi, and the entire state of Tripura stands with the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and Indian Navy. It is clear that India will not sit idle against Pakistan.
A mock drill of civil defence took place across the country, it sent a message to the enemies that Indians are united against terrorism and whoever tries to disturb India, they will get a befitting reply, CM pointed out.

"The Prime Minister has promised not to spare and to destroy terrorism - India will not keep mum. There were many discussions, and today we saw the result, what Modiji said, he does it,” Dr Saha said, adding no civilians have died, while terrorist bases and training camps were destroyed and a few casualties of terrorists were reported.
