Lucknow, Apr 15 (UNI) In a minor reshuffle the Uttar Pradesh government has transferred nine Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, an official spokesman said here on Tuesday.

The spokesman said that Secretary Social Welfare Department, Sameer Verma, has been transferred as IG Registration. Secretary Public Works Department (PWD), Bhupendra S Chaudhary, has been posted as Commissioner Food and Civil Supplies.

State Nodal Officer, Prime Minister Agriculture Irrigation Scheme (PMIAS), Dr Heeralal, has been shifted as Commissioner and Registrar, Cooperative Societies. Secretary Irrigation Department Naveen Kumar GS has been given additional charge of PMAIS.

Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA), Pramod Kumar Upadhyaya has been posted as Cane Commissioner in place of Prabhu N Singh, who has been put on the waiting list.

Secretary Home Department Vaibhav Srivastava has been transferred as Managing Director Pradeshik Cooperative Dairy Federation (PCDF). Secretary Women Welfare B Chandrakala has been relieved from the additional charge of Panchayati Raj Department.

Special Secretary Urban Development Department Amit Kumar Singh has been posted as Director Panchayati Raj.
