Patna, Mar 24 (UNI) Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhari on Monday said in assembly that 350 degree colleges would be opened in the state.
Chaudhary, also holding the charge of the Finance Department, while replying to a debate on Bihar Appropriation Bill 2025 in the House, said that 350 degree colleges would be opened in the state to provide more opportunities to youths for quality education at a shorter distance from their homes. NDA government headed by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was committed to providing quality education to students of the state, he added.
Deputy Chief Minister said that the state government had also decided to procure Arhar Dal, Moong Dal, and Urad Dal from farmers at Minimum Support Price(MSP).
