108th Haifa Victory Day Celebrations observed in New Delhi; RSS leader Indresh Kumar highlights deep bonds between India, Israel

New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) The 108th Haifa Victory Day Celebrations took place on Wednesday, at the Teen Murti Haifa Chowk in New Delhi to honor the bravery of Indian cavalry soldiers who liberated the city of Haifa during World War I.
The Haifa Victory Day Celebrations were organised in Delhi by the Forum for Awareness of National Security (FANS), which has been regularly organizing the event.
The keynote address was delivered by Indresh Kumar, National Executive Member of the RSS and patron of FANS. He highlighted the deep, centuries-old spiritual and military bonds connecting India and Israel.
The event was attended by the Political Advisor of the Embassy of Israel, Nittai Ben-Haiem; Lt. Gen. A.S. Lamba, former Vice Chief of Army Staff and President FANS; Sardar Jasbir Singh, National Working President of FANS; Kiran Sharma Chopra, CMD, Punjab Kesari Group; and Vikkramaditya Singh, National organizing Secretary FANS, among others.
'Miracle at Haifa', a book by Major Chandrakant, VrC, India's 1971 war hero, was also released by Indresh Kumar and Golok Behari Rai, Sanchalan Samiti Member, FANS, Maj Gen Souresh Bhattacharya, Delhi President, FANS.
